Room Booking

Room booking software with panels and room sensors. The sensors confirm when rooms are in use and allows other users to know when a room is busy even when not booked. Panels outside the rooms give a quick visual reference for everyone in the office so they can see a room’s status.

The GoBright platform allows integrations to a plethora of both new and existing room booking panels, such as the Yealink panel shown here, no need to change your whole estate.

Desk booking

Encouraging staff to come back to the office is a big part of todays operational challenges. The norm is now to have more staff than desks so a desk booking solution is essential. The GoBright statistics give management the knowledge to see how resources are used, as well as how staff are using them i.e. no shows or high levels of attendance.

Other resources

These include guest management, locker booking. Car parking spaces and many more. Lockers can hold hot swap equipment i.e. I have lost my laptop, take the spare. Whatever the resource the system will be able to manage and allocate as required.

Wayfinding and Digital Signage
