Room Booking
Room booking software with panels and sensors. The sensors confirm when rooms are in use and allows other users to know when a room is busy even when not booked. Panels outside the rooms give a quick visual reference for everyone in the office so they can see a room’s status.
Desk booking
Encouraging staff to come back the office is a big part of todays operational challenges. The norm is now to have more staff than desks so a desk booking solution is essential. The GoBright statistics give management the knowledge to see how resources are used, as well as how staff are using them i.e. no shows or high levels of attendance.

Data can be extracted into Microsoft Power BI to be able to fully analyse your resource usage. Important information such as individual room usage, employee attendance, and other resource. Allows the business to make educated decisions on how much resource is needed i.e. do we need to move to a bigger office, or just create another two Teams Rooms.
